Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
